The position is temporary for 1 year and will be covering for a parental leave.Some of the things you will be doing
  • Manage employee relations matters by providing coaching and advice to managers and
employees related to the full Hire-to-Retire life cycle
  • Provide HR operational support in the areas of performance review, compensation and benefits, including
employee questions, leaves and disability management
  • Support managers with manning plans, resource management and organisational development
  • Lead and coordinate the overall recruitment process from posting to securing the right talent for
the organisation, including coordination of temporary personnel and consultants
  • Maintain and coordinate induction process and support managers to ensure new employees are
successfully introduced to the organisation
  • Maintain knowledge of employment standards and regulations and ensure all internal processes,
programs, handbooks, and policies are reflective of relevant standards
  • Ensure master data and relevant systems are up to date
  • Provide input for monthly payroll process
  • Assist department manager as required
What we are looking for
  • University Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or other relevant education
  • High degree of efficiency and flexibility
  • Ability to build strong interpersonal relations, manage ambiguity and create effective and
practical solutions for the business
  • Strong prioritisation, organisation and decision-making skills
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, & PowerPoint)
  • Good language skills (English and Norwegian)
