- Manage employee relations matters by providing coaching and advice to managers and
- Provide HR operational support in the areas of performance review, compensation and benefits, including
- Support managers with manning plans, resource management and organisational development
- Lead and coordinate the overall recruitment process from posting to securing the right talent for
- Maintain and coordinate induction process and support managers to ensure new employees are
- Maintain knowledge of employment standards and regulations and ensure all internal processes,
- Ensure master data and relevant systems are up to date
- Provide input for monthly payroll process
- Assist department manager as required
- University Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or other relevant education
- High degree of efficiency and flexibility
- Ability to build strong interpersonal relations, manage ambiguity and create effective and
- Strong prioritisation, organisation and decision-making skills
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, & PowerPoint)
- Good language skills (English and Norwegian)
