- Execute sales strategies to effectively sell our car seats to B2B retailers within the juvenile industry. Covering the urban areas of South, West, Mid and North of Norway.
- Merchandise products & POS in line with guidelines
- Organize and attend sales events, including occasional weekends.(1-2 Saturdays per month. An equivalent number of weekdays off, maintaining a 5-day work week).
- Motivate and support retailers to produce SoMe content and make other sales driving activities
- Provide systematic coaching and product training sessions in line with Cybex training guidelines for retailers and other stakeholders (including influencers) to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular visits and personalized consultations. Act as a business partner.
- Identify potential new customers, and initiate partnerships when business is relevant
- Analyze sales data, stock levels, forecast trends, and manage/follow-up budgets effectively.
- Create and execute business and activity plans with retailers, in alignment with General Manager Child Safety.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry developments. Sharing of insights internally and externally.
- Assist the marketing team with distribution of materials across the customer network.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in field sales, account management, or retail sales, preferably within similar industries such as retail, FMCG, luxury, or technical goods.
- Interest in technology and innovation
- A desire to contribute to building Cybex Child Safety into an even stronger player in the market.
- Interest in technology and innovationDemonstrated understanding of premium and luxury markets with proven ability to promote and sell products effectively.
- Proficient in both English and Norwegian with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a high sense of initiative, capable of working independently and managing a remote/home office.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Dynamic and driven personality with a passion for sales and customer relationship management.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is desirable.
- Willingness to travel frequently
