- Provide exceptional customer support to Norwegian-speaking clients regarding banking products and services through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, transaction details, and product offerings.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to improve customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions accurately and manage follow-ups effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams and banking partners to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Educate clients about banking policies, procedures, and product features.
- Gather customer feedback to support ongoing improvements in services and customer experience.
- Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the banking or financial services sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer support.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
