The Billing and Invoicing unit plays a crucial role in facilitating efficient payments, invoicing, and document handling on behalf of our customers. We aim to provide a seamless experience for our customers, ensuring that their business processes flow smoothly while at the same time providing the end-customers a superior customer experience.Approximately 100 employees are working towards this service area, and the department is responsible for optimizing processes from purchase to pay, resulting in an enhanced customer experience.As Head of Delivery your mission is to:Develop an engaged and empowered customer delivery team.Resource planning, goal setting, performance monitoring and coaching of team membersMeet the capacity and quality needs at any given timeDefine and align global “best practise” delivery processes in cooperation with Head of section cross border counterpart(s)Work actively towards a joint global delivery team in the futureResponsible for prioritizing delivery tasks in a professional manner, involving the delivery team and relevant stakeholdersContinuously maintain quality systems with updated delivery processesEnsure support to operations in case of incidentsEncourage, and manage the team with enthusiasm, in order to develop a positive culture, and facilitate collaborationResponsibilities:Lead a team of 16 delivery consultants across the Nordics.Drive employee engagement and continuous team developmentCollaborate with colleagues to develop competencies, processes, and business strategies.Coach project managers and team members to provide quality services with high customer satisfactionFoster a well-functioning team with deep product and advisory competenceOptimize resource efficiency and develop a scalable way of workingRequirements:Strong leadership experienceExcellent IT delivery and management skillsProficiency in developing business processes and implementing organizational changesStrong team player with excellent relationship-building skillsAbility to create high-performing teams and foster cooperation and communicationEffective coaching and communication skills across different domainsFluency in English and Norwegian or SwedishWhat We Offer:Professional growth, meaningful projects, and a good work-life balanceFlexible working arrangements, including the ability to work remotelyInternational working environment with experienced colleaguesInclusive and supportive community focused on diversity and innovationJoin a company with many satisfied customers within consumer finance, banks, insurance, utility and public sectorBenefits:Opportunities for professional growth and career developmentCollaborative and inclusive work environmentHealth and wellness benefitsJoin us and make your mark!We look forward to your application.
