Group Financial Controller (f/m/d)

• Overseeing group-level financial reporting and ensuring timely quarterly and annual closing
• Managing consolidation of financial statements across multiple subsidiaries and sub holdings
• Ensuring compliance with IFRS and local regulatory requirements across operating countries
• Owning statutory and tax reporting on an annual basis and liaising with internal tax manager to ensure tax compliance
• Strengthening internal controls and financial policies
• Coordinating with external auditors and tax advisors
• Ensuring accurate financial statements reporting
• Performing Intercompany reconciliation across multiple entities and maintaining strong balance sheet control, including reconciliation and reviews
• Driving improvements in controls and processes

• Master’s degree in accounting or finance
• At least 5-7 years’ relevant work experience
• Experience with accounting, group reporting, tax reporting, consolidation and/or audits of a stock-listed company
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills, with high proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly Excel.
• Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy when working with (numerical) data
• Good communication skills in English, including preparing reports and presentations
