💰 Attractive Day Rate: CompetitiveWe're seeking an experienced Construction Manager / Site Manager to join a high-performing, leading data centre developer/operator delivering large-scale, mission-critical projects across Norway.You'll be responsible for on-site leadership and delivery - managing all construction activities across mechanical, electrical, and civil works. You'll coordinate contractors and subcontractors, ensure compliance with health & safety, quality and programme requirements, drive daily progress, resolve on-site issues, and maintain strong communication with project stakeholders.You are:
- Experienced as a Construction Manager / Site Manager on data centre or mission-critical builds
- Skilled in on-site leadership, planning, and construction coordination
- Confident managing subcontractors, HSE compliance, site logistics, and quality standards
- Excellent at programme management, problem-solving and communication
- Comfortable working across multicultural teams in fast-paced environments
