  • Provide customer support in Norwegian via phone, email, and chat.
  • Communicate in a professional, clear, and confident manner to resolve issues.
  • Escalate complex queries when required while maintaining ownership of the case.
  • Record and track all customer interactions accurately in CRM systems.
  • Contribute feedback to support service improvements.
Requirements
  • Native/fluent proficiency in Norwegian, with excellent communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Strong English skills for internal collaboration.
  • Previous experience in customer service or support preferred.
  • Ability to work remotely and independently with professionalism and confidence.
