- Assess and analyze customer feedback and loyalty trends to inform improvements in service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within the CRM system for quality tracking and reporting.
- Fluency in Norwegian and English, both spoken and written.
- Prior experience in customer service or customer loyalty roles, preferably in the retail or service sector.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and relationship building.
- Proficient in CRM software and well-versed in Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to engagement and problem-solving.
- Able to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to varying customer needs.
