- Act as the main point of contact for your business partners, providing proactive support and handling day-to-day issues promptly and escalating appropriately
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities that align with partner objectives and increase revenue.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date account records using CRM tools, ensuring all partner interactions are documented and actionable insights are tracked.
- Build and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders at all levels within partner organizations.
- Conduct regular check-ins, performance reviews, and strategy sessions to understand partner goals and deliver key success metrics.
- Identify key partnerships in the region and negotiate a range of assets for the local market that drive engagement and strong NPS
- Seek and develop new trends in luxury travel and lifestyle to ensure our proposition remains cutting-edge and desirable.
- Brief in, monitor and approve mailers featuring the best mix of assets to meet the specific success metrics of the programme.
- Regularly analyze account performance, identifying areas for improvement and proposing action plans.
- Provide detailed reports to partners and internal leadership, showcasing successes, growth opportunities, and areas of focus.
- Language Requirements: Professional proficiency in Norwegian and English (Additional languages such as Swedish or Danish are beneficial)

- Proven experience in account management or relationship management, preferably in the luxury lifestyle, travel, or hospitality sectors.
- Strong knowledge of CRM tools and experience using them to manage accounts and drive efficiencies.
- Exceptional negotiation and problem-solving skills, ensuring win-win outcomes for partners.
- Familiarity with the luxury market, particularly within lifestyle management, concierge services, and high-net-worth client expectations.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, hospitality, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Work-Life Balance : Permanent, Part-Time contract (20-25 hours per week)
