What you'll be doing as Project ManagerDrive end-to-end delivery of creative and marketing projects in both Oda and Mathem - from initial concept to final execution - ensuring every detail is on point.Keep timelines, budgets, and quality in check while juggling multiple projects with ease.Partner with internal creative teams and external creative agencies to bring ideas to life and deliver impactful campaigns.Champion smooth workflows using tools like Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project, and optimize CRM platform usage.Communicate with clarity, influence stakeholders, and build strong cross-functional relationships.To thrive in this role, we believe you're a natural project leader - equally comfortable steering big, complex initiatives as you are keeping track of the small but important details. You have a knack for bringing order to moving parts, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks, and you take pride in delivering projects on time, on budget, and to a high standard. You're a clear and confident communicator who builds trust with stakeholders and keeps everyone aligned from start to finish.
What you'll need to succeed 🌟Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Project Management, or a related field3+ years' experience managing projects in creative, marketing, or advertising environments.Proven ability to take marketing and creative projects from concept to execution.Solid understanding of marketing, branding, and content development processes.Experience collaborating with internal creative teams and external partners, including agencies.Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and align diverse stakeholders.Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project) and familiarity with CRM platforms.Fluency in Norwegian and English.What would be nice to have 💡It's great if you've got experience or are familiar with the retail or grocery industry!
