Mercier Consultancy is currently seeking a Digital Trust & Safety Analyst fluent in Norwegian to join a renown leader in the customer service industry.   • Monitor digital content to detect potential safety risks and policy violations
  • Investigate trust and safety reports and take appropriate action to mitigate harm
  • Ability to identify patterns in behavior that can be leveraged for improved decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and relevant decisions
  • Communicate effectively with Norwegian-speaking clients to address safety inquiries and issues
  • Analyze trends in safety incidents to proactively improve safety protocols and procedures
Requirements
  • Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken. Please indicate your native language and nationality in your CV and cover letter.
