- Develop, manage and grow relationships with corporate clients within pensions and employee benefits.
- Identify client needs and provide advice and solutions across risk, pensions and benefits.
- Drive business development and sales activities, including identifying new opportunities and contributing to pitches and proposals.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues in Norway and internationally to deliver high-quality, compliant and innovative solutions.
- Monitor market trends, regulatory developments and client challenges to proactively suggest improvements and new offerings.
- Contribute to a strong team culture based on collaboration, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
- Participate in client meetings and occasional business travel as required.
- 5–10+ years of experience from the insurance market and/or relevant experience from HR, Employee Benefits or sales.
- Solid knowledge of pensions and employee benefits and an interest in how these support clients’ people strategies.
- Strong communication skills in both Norwegian and English (English is the business language).
- Strong analytical skills, good understanding of numbers and confidence working with Excel.
- A structured, organized way of working, with the ability to prioritize, keep deadlines and manage several parallel tasks.
- Proven sales experience and a strong commercial mindset within pensions, insurance or employee benefits.
- Outgoing, proactive and solution-oriented, with a genuine interest in clients’ current and future challenges.
- Curious and eager to understand the business of work and how employee benefits create value for companies and employees.
- Passionate about collaboration and teamwork as a way to achieve strong business results.
- Pragmatic and goal-oriented, with a clear focus on problem solving and getting things done.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and comfortable with occasional travel.
