- 5–7 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or category management
- Background in external talent or professional services procurement
- Strong stakeholder, negotiation, and project management skills
- Experience leading teams in matrix organizations
- A degree in business, procurement, or a related field
- Fluency in English (a Nordic language is a plus)
- Deep understanding of Nordic market dynamics and procurement practices
- Strong supplier and stakeholder management abilities
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
- Comfortable navigating multicultural, matrix organizations
- Proven experience in external talent or contractor workforce sourcing
- Adaptable, solution-oriented, and team-focused
