You will act as project manager for several simultaneous service projects with a defined scope, reporting to Service Manager. Collaborating with internal cross functional teams, customers, vendors, and 3rd parties.As a Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for:Preparing accurate quotes, including cost build-up versus margin expectations.Forecasting and scheduling upcoming business to maximize effectiveness and efficient use of resources.Executing a variety of projects from start to finish including Repairs, Refurbishment, New Built, Upgrades & re-design of diverse service projects.Performing project planning, risk review and Lessons Learned sessions.Managing variation orders.Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:Have experience in a customer facing role.Have proven project management experience.Have the ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.Be structured and organized.Have the ability to work independently and show initiative.Have good oral and written communication skills in both Norwegian and English.Work in a way that works for youWe recognise that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
