- Maintain accurate records of moderation actions for reporting and audit purposes.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to enhance community standards and moderation processes.
- Participate in continuous training sessions to stay current with best practices and new moderation tools.
- Fluency in Norwegian and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience in content moderation, community management, or related fields is preferred.
- Strong understanding of online community safety standards and policies.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.
- Willingness to relocate to Sofia with full relocation support provided.
