Frontend Engineer -- Data Collection Team THE OPPORTUNITY IN A NUTSHELL You?Skilled in TypeScript and JavaScript with a strong functional programming mindset and a passion for product development. You value sustainable technology, enjoy cross-functional collaboration, and want to contribute to the circular economy. Role?Frontend Engineer to lead our JS SDK Engineeringside. You'll be at the heart of a project that serves hundreds of thousands of users across some of the most popular Nordic marketplace brands. Tech stack?TypeScript and JavaScript, Shell Scripting, AWS environment (like S3) and good to have Kotlin and Python concepts used in backend systems. Location?Hybrid with expectation to be at one of the Oslo, Stockholm offices 2-3 days a week. Company?Vend Marketplaces powers beloved digital brands across the Nordics. We're building the Next Generation Marketplace, a unified platform driving our verticals: Recommerce, Jobs, Mobility, and Real Estate.Why us? We're part of Vend's Data Platform , the central hub called PTX Core that powers our understanding of users and their interactions. By collecting and analyzing behavioral data, we give our teams the insight to deliver outstanding services and launch precisely targeted campaigns. WHAT YOU'LL DO

Own the JavaScript SDK project used across Vend applications to track user behavior.
Make key technical decisions and own the deployment process for our products.
Design and refine frontend utilities that make our SDK intuitive and effortless for internal teams to use.
Communicate directly with the SDK users, reacting to the gathered feedback and implementing improvements.
Collaborate closely with backend engineers to ensure a consistent approach to new features and updates.

WHO ARE YOU?

Minimum 3 + years working in Frontend Technologies
Deep expertise in TypeScript and JavaScript, with the confidence to lead development in a dedicated framework.
Strong skills in Shell scripting and deployment processes.
Experience contributing to AWS services (e.g. S3).
Bonus points for understanding Python and Kotlin concepts used in backend systems
