- Overall responsibility for all kitchen/ restaurant operations, including staff management, menu planning, financial control, and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations - all within the framework of our established and unique concept, but with plenty of room for personal creativity and impact.
- Develop and follow up on routines for quality, hygiene, and safety, ensuring the team has everything they need to deliver food of the highest standard.
- Ensure strong collaboration between the kitchen, the restaurant team, and other departments through close communication and active participation in internal meetings.
- Lead and train kitchen staff, while fostering a positive and productive work environment in line with the hotel's goals and culture.
- You are on operational roster 70% and administration 30%
- You are a natural part of the hotels management team.
- Have experience from a similar managing role in a hotel, restaurant or kitchen.
- Are flexible and reliable, with a passion for creating great food and experiences.
- You are a strong teambuilder with high quality standards
