
Senior UX Designer

- Lead UX design delivery for the Nordic TV & Streaming product.
- Own the full design lifecycle: from insight and hypothesis, through ideation and prototyping, to testing and implementation.
- Translate user insight into actionable improvements—gathering data through interviews, analytics, observations, and usability testing.
- Facilitate workshops with users, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate across Norway, Sweden, and Finland to align market needs—transforming local perspectives into shared, insight-driven solutions.
- Work closely with our supplier’s UX team, who design core platform components—while taking responsibility for implementing feature changes through our internal configuration dashboard.
- A senior UX generalist who thrives in complex product environments.
- Strategic and hands-on. Comfortable taking ownership from early discovery through to hands-on implementation.
- Insight-led. You challenge assumptions with data and customer perspectives.
- Curious and collaborative. You enjoy working across countries, disciplines, and supplier teams.
- Unafraid of legacy thinking but skilled at bringing others with you through facilitation and user advocacy.
- 5+ years of experience in UX design, interaction design, or service design roles.
- Experience working in multidisciplinary product teams with developers and product managers.
- Strong skills in insight gathering, concept development, prototyping, and testing.
- Fluency in Figma and other relevant design tools.
- Experience leading or facilitating workshops and design processes.
- Understanding of how to work with and contribute to a design system.
- A keen eye for interaction and visual consistency.
- Comfortable adjusting product settings directly in dashboards, CMS-like tools, or admin panels.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Experience working across markets or in large, distributed organizations is a plus.
- Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design principles is an advantage.
- Nordic language skills are a bonus but not required.
