Graduate CRM Consultant | Start Your Career in Digital Transformation📍 Location: Asker, Moss, Hamar, or StavangerAre you at the beginning of your career and eager to work with modern digital solutions? Do you have an interest in technology, business processes, and creating real value for customers? We're looking for a Graduate CRM Consultant to join our team and grow with us.In this role, you'll gain hands-on experience working with Microsoft's CRM and Power Platform technologies, supported by experienced consultants. You'll be part of a structured onboarding programme designed to build both your technical and functional skills, setting you up for a successful consulting career.You'll work alongside senior team members on client projects, gradually taking on more responsibility as your confidence and expertise grow. This is a great opportunity to be involved in digital transformation projects for some of Norway's leading organisations.Key Responsibilities*Support the delivery of CRM solutions using Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform
*Assist with requirements gathering and understanding client needs
*Contribute to configuration and development of client solutions
*Work closely with project teams and participate in client meetings
*Learn to design and implement solutions using tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse
*Support demos and presentations where relevant
*Continuously develop your technical and consulting skillsetYour Background*Recently completed (or soon to complete) a degree in a technical or business-related field
*Strong interest in technology, digital tools, and problem-solving
*Some exposure to CRM systems, Microsoft technologies, or programming is a plus, but not required
*Fluent in Norwegian, both written and spokenPersonal Qualities*Eager to learn and develop new skills
*Structured and detail-oriented
*Strong communication and collaboration skills
*Proactive and motivated, with a positive attitude
