This role is crucial for efficient field preparation, planting, and harvesting, ensuring the farm operates smoothly and productively. The perfect candidate is someone who is mechanically inclined, enjoys working with heavy machinery, and has a passion for agriculture.Role Responsibilities

Operate tractors and other heavy farm machines for ploughing, planting, fertilizing, and harvesting.
Perform basic maintenance and repairs on machinery to ensure operational efficiency.
Follow safety standards and protocols while operating machinery.
Coordinate with the farming team to plan and implement farming operations.
Assist in other farm duties as required, ensuring the overall productivity of the farm.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Valid tractor driving license or equivalent certification.
Experience in operating tractors and agricultural machinery.
Knowledge of basic mechanical repairs.
Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
Ability to work long hours in various weather conditions.
