Country Product Lead (Norway)

- Propose product development initiatives to the central product organization based on leading OKRs
- Track and optimize local product KPIs and performance metrics
- Conduct strategic forecasting
- and identify new product opportunities and expansion of existing products
- Lead local implementation of feature adjustments and modifications, based on A/B testing, research, and competitive benchmarking
- Design, set up, and analyze A/B tests and experiments to validate hypotheses and guide product decisions
- Supervise the rollout of new features and enhancements in the Norwegian market
- Act as a business-oriented product owner, proactively surfacing improvements, issues, and solutions based on data
- Be a core member of the local Norwegian management team
- Collaborate closely with central product and tech teams
- Bridge local customer and market insights with group-wide product development
- Report to Managing Director, and work in close collaboration with central Product team
- Several years of experience in product management, ideally within fintech, consumer services, or digital platforms
- Strong understanding of product performance metrics and customer behavior analytics
- Demonstrated ability to drive product strategy and translate insights into action
- Experience working in cross-functional and matrixed environments, navigating stakeholder management
- Hands-on experience with setting up A/B tests and making basic frontend changes (HTML/CSS/JS)
- Comfortable switching between strategic and tactical thinking
- Fluent in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken
