Do you want to help develop smarter, more user-friendly, and sustainable lighting control solutions that make everyday life easier for people around the world?Glamox is growing. We're now looking for an experienced and engaged Head of Product for our Light Management Systems (LMS) to lead the development of our LMS portfolio, from idea and vision to launch and continuous improvement. This is a key position in our digital strategy and product development efforts.About the role Our LMS team builds solutions that combine sensors, control logic, and communication technology - always closely integrated with our luminaires. These systems help our customers reduce energy use and create better working environments.
As Head of Product, you will:
  • Define and drive the product vision for LMS
  • Develop and follow up on roadmaps and strategic priorities
  • Work closely with engineering, UX, sales, and customer-facing teams
  • Ensure our solutions are intuitive and easy to install
  • Drive continuous learning through user insight and data
  • Build and lead cross-functional teams that bring great ideas to life and deliver value
We're looking for someone who:
  • Has solid experience in product leadership, with responsibility for strategy, roadmaps and goal setting
  • Understands hybrid product development - physical products with embedded and cloud-based software. Experience with consumer products is a solid plus
  • Communicates clearly and confidently in both English and Norwegian, at all levels - from senior leadership to hands-on teams
  • Has experience designing solutions with a strong focus on usability and installation experience
  • Thrives in agile environments and knows how to bring together designers, engineers and commercial teams
