We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Banquet Manager for our vibrant hotel, Clarion Hotel The Edge.What can you expect from me as a leader?
My primary task is to provide you with maximum support in your daily work, ensuring your role is both rewarding and enjoyable! I am a fair, clear, and motivating leader. Structured: The banquet department is a team with many irons in the fire and great day-to-day variation. Therefore, it's crucial that you are skilled at looking ahead, identifying challenges before they arise, and effectively planning both your own and your team's daily work.
Engaging: You motivate and inspire your team to perform at their best, creating a positive atmosphere.
Good at delegating responsibility: You trust your team and empower them to grow and take ownership of their tasks.
