The leading infrastructure recruitment specialist are looking for an HSE Document Controller to join a global leader in construction sector for one of Norway's technical infrastructure projects involving roads, tunnels, bridges, drill and blast works.This is a great opportunity to work for a significant construction company, working alongside some of the most experienced specialists in the industry to continue developing and further you career.Job Role / Responsibilities

Ensure that the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS-Aconex) is structured and organised smartly, and the documents are available to required project members in due time.
Ensure the BIM Execution plan and its Asset Naming Convention are live, understood and is strictly followed in all documents
Implement the Documented Information Management Procedure by recreating work-flows, track the submission of design and other relevant documents in coordination with the designer.
Support problems resolution with the Authority Site Representative and the designer, ensuring that all project documents that need undergo the Review procedure are submitted, document assessed by the Authority Site Representative and comments eventually cleared.
Collation of all submission certificates, ensuring that they are duly signed by responsible persons.
Flag delays, missing documents and monitor the clearance of all Schedule of Comments sheets undergo the Documented Information Management Procedure.
Provide code numbers to all project documents and define the rules to encode new documents jointly with the BIM Manager.
Ensuring that the quality assurance records, and handover packages are accurate, comprehensive, and available in a timely manner
Establish EDMS' security groups, grant permissions to new users and provide training as requested.
Follow the QM direction in the population of folders and files from the beginning of the project ensuring that documents are safe, available and tracked.
Carry out internal spot audits, produce reports & follow up agreed actions
Identify any areas which are a risk to completing handover packages in time for handover
Provide Quality Coordinator an understanding of the progress of quality records and completions packages
Ensure the document control procedure is followed stringently to ensure control is maintained on the project

ProjectThe infrastructure project is based on the West Coast of Norway and consist of the construction of several tunnels, bridges and highways, the construction has just started and is estimated to last for at least 4 years.Requirements

At least 5 year's experience
Fluent in English and Norwegian
Experience in infrastructure
Experience with ACC and Aconex
Experience with HSE documents translation
