  • Prepare technical specification for equipment
  • Design equipment for projects and clients
  • Prepare work description and installation drawings
  • Perform offshore surveys
  • Comply with the company's HSE guidelines and QA objectives
  • Participate in Factory Acceptance Test
  • Participate in offshore testing when required
Qualifications
  • Formal higher education degree within Mechanical/ Electrical / Instrument / Automation. Craft certificate.
  • Some understanding related to PLC and HMI programming. Siemens S7/TIA/WinCC flexible and
standard communication protocols.
  • Some understanding related to hydraulic and Pneumatic components and controls is preferable.
  • Offshore and onshore surveys, verify MC and perform commission and FAT.
  • Relevant experience related to control system and trouble shooting. Experience more than 10 years are preferable.
  • Engineering tools like AutoCAD, Microsoft Planner
  • Experience with NORSOK, ATEX, IEC
  • Experience from smaller companies where area of responsibility is wider is preferred
  • Experience from projects in the Norwegian Oil and Gas industry is essential.
  • Experience with Product Life Cycle
  • Familiar with prevailing regulations
  • Preferable experience with ProArc or simmilar
  • Experience with SolidWorks or Inventor
  • Good communication skills in both Norwegian and English
  • Hands on from workshop, offshore or field is preferred
