The right candidate will ensure a cost-effective, safe, fair, and standardised approach to crewing, supporting fleet expansion and the adoption of new technologies. This role is key to positioning Wallenius Wilhelmsen as an employer of choice for seafaring staff and delivering on our long-term strategy.
Job DescriptionResponsibilities

Identify training needs and ensure effective, standardized crew development.
Support fleet expansion by preparing seafarers for future technologies.
Drive a sustainable, cost-efficient crewing strategy with equal opportunities.

Job RequirementsQualifications

Proven experience in fleet management or crew development roles.
Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
