Document Controller – Stavanger

• Ensures that project related documentation is properly captured, cataloged and controlled using project applied systems. This includes documentation from suppliers as well as for internal product lines.
• Prepares reports and fix identified problems

• Analyzes and controls all technical documentation related to department and project activities within contractual requirements and Company procedures (including confidentiality)
• Participates in the development, maintenance and improvement of document control work processes
• Handles and registers all outgoing and incoming transmittals according to document control procedure
• Participates in meetings, as required
• Checks document and transmittal quality according to check list for document control
• Manages supplier documentation
• Creates customer records and document numbers as required and prepare documents for transmittal to client according to project specific procedures
• Collects information for reports

• High school diploma (Professional / Technical diploma preferred)
• 2 to 4 years of experience in similar role
• Professional English
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to evaluate alternatives and make decisions within established procedures
• Capable of adapting to changes in processes and systems
