- Assisting with social media channel management and optimisation (Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube)
- Use of social media tooling such as Emplifi
- Use of Iterable, our data driven cross-channel marketing platform
- Support in gathering content and setting up social media posts, email, and app communications
- Support with gathering user generated content sourcing and application across marketing channels
- Research, awareness and identification of new developments and trends within the email, app, and social media industries
- Must be a student currently attending University
- Fluent in Norwegian
- Strong English language skills both verbal and written
- Danish, Swedish and German language skills are desirable
- Have a clear attention to detail
- Ability to combine analytical insight with creative execution
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to use their own initiative, be proactive, and good organisational skills
- Background or strong interest in communication and/or marketing
- Social media, email, and app knowledge and the ability to create, manage, optimise, and report on various communications
- Understanding DFDS' engagement marketing strategy
- Learn to cope with a fast-paced environment
- Working within a global team
- Working in an agile environment
- Use of digital platforms such as Monday.com, Emplifi, and Iterable
- Knowledge and understanding of the travel/ferry industry
