- Technical Support: Provide assistance to users regarding computer software and hardware operations, resolving issues efficiently. Provide hands & feet support to backend technical teams for IMAC/D and Break & fix cases related to Enterprise equipment.
- Provide meeting room support
- Installation and Setup: Set up equipment for employee use, ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, and necessary software.
- Problem Diagnosis: Conduct diagnostics to investigate and resolve technical problems, including reading technical manuals and conferring with users.
- User Training: Develop training materials and procedures, or train users in the proper use of hardware and software.
- System Maintenance: Oversee daily performance of computer systems, responding to system messages and alerts, and conducting regular software and hardware updates.
- Documentation: Maintain records of daily data communication transactions, problems, and remedial actions taken.
- Collaboration: Work with staff, users, and management to establish requirements for new systems or modifications and refer major issues to vendors or technicians for service.
