We are looking for a hands-on Mechanical Lead to oversee on-site mechanical works and ensure all installations meet design, quality, and safety standards. You will supervise mechanical teams and subcontractors, coordinate with other disciplines, track progress, resolve technical issues, and support timely completion, commissioning, and handover of mechanical systems. This is a site-based role where your leadership and technical expertise will be key to project success.What You’ll DoYou will supervise mechanical installations across all relevant systems, ensuring works are delivered in line with approved drawings, specifications, and safety requirements. You will coordinate daily with subcontractors on planning, access, sequencing, and resources to avoid clashes and ensure smooth execution. You will track daily progress, flag deviations or delays, and support quality teams with inspections, redlining, and documentation. Experience with HVAC, piping, or plant installations is essential, and data center experience is a strong advantage. You are proactive, calm under pressure, and have a strong site presence.
