Location: Oslo (preferable), Barcelona, DublinWe’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join Opera’s Mobile Performance Marketing Team and help grow our global user base through creative, data-driven campaigns. In this role, you’ll lead performance marketing initiatives for Opera’s mobile browsers, managing large-scale campaigns across international markets. You’ll combine smart optimization with bold ideas to maximize impact and drive measurable results. We’re seeking a savvy marketer who knows how to turn data into growth and isn’t afraid to think outside the box. If you enjoy innovative marketing with room for creativity and fun, this might be your dream role.Role & ResponsibilitiesBuild, manage, and scale user acquisition campaigns across channels like Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, AppLovin, and more,Analyze campaign performance, report on key KPIs, and continuously optimize toward growth and efficiency,Optimize campaigns to drive growth in Active users, focusing on activation, retention, and user engagement metrics.Ideate new concepts, run A/B tests, and identify scalable opportunities across digital channels,Collaborate closely with creative, marketing, and product teams to deliver impactful, market-specific ad content,Monitor and manage ad spend to ensure efficient budget allocation and strong ROI.Job Requirements:Experience in performance or quantitative marketing, with hands-on knowledge of major ad platforms and analytics tools,Strong understanding of performance marketing, branding, and copywriting, paired with creative problem-solving skills,Data-driven mindset with confidence working with spreadsheets, analyzing trends, and creating clear reports,Ability to think globally and adapt campaigns for diverse international markets (Europe, Africa, Asia, etc.),Fluency in English (written and spoken).Experience with app campaigns is not required, but is a benefit to have.What’s On Offer:At Opera, you’ll join a diverse and inclusive team of experienced, supportive professionals who value creativity and collaboration.
