Our on-premises and cloud-based platforms and managed services enable organizations to simplify HR processes, ensure compliance, and focus on strategic people management. We are seeking a Global Senior Business Controller to strengthen our finance function and support the performance of key business areas globally.Your Responsibilities

Own the global financial performance of the Managed Services segment, aligning closely with operational, sales, and delivery leadership, and in close cooperation with regional Finance Managers
Deliver in-depth financial analysis and business reviews for global customers
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations to drive continuous improvement
Contribute to the development of Power BI dashboards and KPI tracking tools to enhance business insight and performance monitoring
Evaluate business cases, analyze customer profitability, and review underlying cost structures to support strategic decision-making.
Initiate and execute transformation initiatives and digital projects within F&A across the Group

Experience and education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline
4-10 years of experience in controlling, financial analysis, or a similar finance role
Fluent in Norwegian and English; additional language skills are a plus
Solid understanding of financial principles, budgeting, and reporting processes
Proficient in Excel and financial tools such as SAP, Power BI, Hyperion, or similar
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently at senior levels.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
Results-oriented with a strong focus on execution and delivering outcomes
