- Drive execution of cross-functional initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, with high quality, and in alignment with Nofence’s strategic goals.
- Define project plans, timelines, and milestones, while proactively managing risks, dependencies, and resources.
- Serve as the main point of coordination between product, engineering, design, operations, and other stakeholders to maintain alignment and transparency.
- Lead task forces during critical incidents, ensuring rapid coordination across teams to mitigate short- and long-term impacts.
- Run daily stand-ups or incident response meetings to ensure swift communication and decision-making.
- Ensure corrective and preventative actions are identified, implemented, and tracked to avoid recurrence of similar issues.
- Manage new hardware projects end-to-end, from concept through to mass-volume production.
- Coordinate across disciplines such as mechanical engineering, electronics, firmware, UX, manufacturing, and sourcing to ensure successful integration and delivery.
- Oversee prototype builds, testing cycles, and validation activities, ensuring issues are tracked, prioritised, and resolved.
- Partner with manufacturing and supply chain teams to ensure scalability and readiness for production ramp-up.
- Advocate for data-driven decision-making and consistent use of project management tools and metrics.
- Act as the primary point of contact between management, technical teams, and other stakeholders. Provide regular updates on project progress and challenges.
- You will rely on the hardware product owner to drive the product and market requirements, while the project manager will be responsible for making sure the project is executed according to the right cost, time and quality, and fulfils those requirements set forward by the product owner.
- Minimum 3 years of project management experience, ideally in electro-mechanical or IoT product development.
- Bachelor's or Masters degree in relevant field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent planning, coordination, and multi-tasking abilities.
- Proactive approach to identifying and resolving project challenges.
- Driven and result oriented, always exploring ways to improve the timeline, cost and quality of any given project.
- Fluent English oral and written communication skills. Our working language is English.
