  • Works as an independent and reliable contributor in R&D projects with limited supervision.
  • Demonstrates solid technical proficiency in their own area of competence and embraces best practices.
  • Performs various tasks in the assigned area (software), from building concepts, gathering requirements to design, implementation, integration, testing, technology transfer or maintenance, and operations.
  • Demonstrates the ability to recognize problems and provide solutions independently.
  • Stays abreast of the state of the art in their own competence area, as well as new and evolving technologies.
  • Applies this knowledge and goes beyond as required.

You will report to the R&D Program Manager and work closely with the project leader and a team of skilled engineers. Due to nature of the work and close connection with the physical product, the majority of work is expected to happen on-site in out Bryne office.Qualifications for the role
  • BSc or MSc degree
  • Minimum 5 years of practical experience
