Mercier Consultancy is looking for an experienced Norwegian-Speaking Solutions Consultant to join a professional team in Sofia, Bulgaria. This position comes with fully paid relocation, providing an excellent opportunity for Norwegian-speaking professionals to grow their career in a vibrant and innovative environment.In this role, you will work closely with Norwegian-speaking clients to understand their business needs and offer customized technology solutions. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery and implementation of solutions, while maintaining strong client relationships.Responsibilities

Consult with Norwegian-speaking clients to identify and analyze their business challenges
Develop and present tailored technology solutions to meet client objectives
Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure consistent problem resolution
Provide ongoing support and training to clients on solutions implemented
Document client interactions and solution details accurately
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies
Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention

Requirements

Fluency in Norwegian and English, both spoken and written.
Your native language and nationality must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
Proven knowledge of technology solutions and consulting methodologies
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Relevant experience in consulting or client-facing roles is a strong advantage
Willingness and availability to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria with full relocation costs covered
