- Prepare and cook dishes according to Egon's recipes and standards
- Ensure high quality, consistency, and presentation of all food
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen (HACCP / food safety)
- Contribute to efficient service during busy periods
- Collaborate closely with colleagues in both kitchen and front-of-house
- Assist with prep work, ordering routines, and stock control
- Experience working as a cook, preferably in à la carte or high-volume kitchens
- Good understanding of kitchen routines and food safety standards
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- English language skills required (Scandinavian language is a plus, but not mandatory)
