- Execute sales strategies to successfully sell our stroller portfolio to B2B retailers within the juvenile industry in Greater Oslo and Greater Gothenburg
- Ensure product merchandising and POS execution in line with company guidelines
- Plan, organize, and attend sales events, including occasional weekend work (1-2 Saturdays per month, with corresponding weekdays off to maintain a 5-day work week)
- Motivate and support retailers in creating social media content and other sales-driving initiatives
- Deliver structured coaching and product training sessions in accordance with Cybex training standards for retailers and other stakeholders, including influencers
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers through regular store visits and tailored consultations, acting as a trusted business partner
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and initiate partnerships where relevant
- Analyze sales performance, stock levels, forecasts, and manage budget follow-ups effectively
- Develop and implement joint business and activity plans with retailers, aligned with the General Manager Category
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities, sharing relevant insights internally and externally
- Support the marketing team with the distribution of materials across the customer network
- Relevant experience in field sales, account management, or retail sales, preferably within retail, FMCG, premium/luxury, or technical goods
- Strong interest in technology, innovation, fashion, and current trends
- Motivation to contribute to strengthening Cybex Wheelgoods' market position
- Demonstrated understanding of premium and luxury markets, with the ability to promote and sell high-quality products effectively
- Fluency in Norwegian, Swedish, and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently from a remote/home office
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Energetic and customer-focused mindset with a passion for sales and relationship management
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM systems is an advantage
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region
- Availability to work 1-2 Saturdays per month, with equivalent time off during weekdays
- The position is a 12-month parental leave cover, with strong potential for a permanent role within our growing team
