- Provide customer support in Norwegian via phone, email, and chat.
- Communicate in a professional, clear, and confident manner to resolve issues.
- Escalate complex queries when required while maintaining ownership of the case.
- Record and track all customer interactions accurately in CRM systems.
- Contribute feedback to support service improvements.
- Native/fluent proficiency in Norwegian, with excellent communication skills (spoken and written).
- Strong English skills for internal collaboration.
- Previous experience in customer service or support preferred.
- Ability to work remotely and independently with professionalism and confidence.
