Site Manager – White SpaceWe are looking for a Site Manager to oversee the on-site delivery of white space construction works for data center projects. You will ensure safe, high-quality installation, coordination across teams, and seamless handover of critical spaces in line with project schedules.What You’ll DoYou will lead white space construction teams, manage subcontractors, monitor progress, enforce safety and quality standards, and coordinate with electrical, mechanical, and specialist teams. You will ensure that all works in server halls, support areas, and IT spaces are delivered on time, fully compliant, and ready for commissioning.Key responsibilities include:Manage daily white space construction activities and resourcesCoordinate subcontractors and internal teams to meet schedule milestonesEnsure works comply with IFC drawings, specifications, and approved methodsPlan and sequence works to support commissioning readinessOversee quality assurance, inspections, and documentation for white space worksEnforce site HSE policies and ensure full compliance by all teamsReport progress, risks, and issues to project management and stakeholdersSupport handover and commissioning of critical spacesWho We’re Looking ForYou have a degree or trade background in Construction Management, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
