- The Primary role/function is to prepare and/or review the cost estimates and offers for the sales projects within given time frame.
- Generate and/or collect technical specifications and obtain necessary approvals.
- Drive the bid submission process (compile, edit and proofread), crafting persuasive and detailed proposals.
- Conducting handover towards the organization once bids have been secured.
- Knowledge of shipbuilding processes, materials, and costs.
- Experience in maritime electrical systems
- Good software skills (Office, CRM, CAD, etc.)
- Good English and Norwegian language skills, both written and oral.
- Positive attitude, and excellent communication and cooperation skills.
- Enjoy working with demanding customers over time.
- Well organized and like to work with others in a team approach.
