This is a key leadership role where you'll shape technical strategy, build high-performing teams, and drive the delivery of modern, scalable digital products.You'll work closely with executive leadership, product, and design to align engineering with business goals, while fostering a strong, collaborative engineering culture.The Role*Define and execute the overall engineering strategy and roadmap
*Lead, mentor, and grow multiple engineering teams (backend, frontend, platform)
*Drive best practices across architecture, development, and delivery
*Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to prioritise initiatives
*Ensure scalability, performance, and security across all systems
*Own hiring, team structure, and long-term capability building
*Champion a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous improvementWhat They're Looking For*Proven experience in a senior engineering leadership role (Head of, Director, or similar)
*Strong technical background, ideally within modern cloud-based environments (e.g. Azure, AWS, or GCP)
*Experience scaling engineering teams in a fast-paced, product-driven environment
*Solid understanding of modern software architecture (microservices, APIs, distributed systems)
*Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
*A balance of strategic thinking and hands-on technical credibilityTech Environment*Cloud: Azure / AWS
