(flights, accommodation, logistics)Visa applications and documentation.Maintaining crew system and certificates.Ensuring documentation is complete before mobilization.Supporting daily administrative and coordination tasks.Tracking personnel appraisals. (ROV/Survey)Collaborating with internal teams and external providers.Participate in the on-call rotation.QualificationsExperience in administration, logistics, HR, or similar is an advantage.Relevant education in HR, administration, or logistics.
