- Architectural governance and alignment across capability architects
- Cross-team roadmap alignment and sequencing Key Responsibilities
- Provide overall architectural leadership across communications, Nucleus, Eufemia, CMS, and
- Coordinate and align sub-team architects around shared principles and a unified platform
- Ensure architectural decisions across teams reinforce a cohesive and composable platform.
- Define the platform-wide target architecture, excluding identity.
- Model capability boundaries, contracts, and cross-cutting integration patterns.
- Design how capabilities compose into a consistent developer and user experience.
- Have a view and alignment on the evolution path needed to support business
- Own integration / interaction patterns among:
- Ensure designs support portability, scalability, reuse, and predictable delivery.
- Chair a Channels and Process Technology and Architecture Board for sub-team architects.
- Establish the required architecture governance processes in accordance with DNB framework
- Create reference architectures, templates, and golden paths for channel teams.
- Mentor architects and senior engineers to raise architectural maturity.
- Champion documentation quality, clarity, and adoption.
- Ensure today's platform evolves naturally toward:
- Led architecture work across multiple teams or capabilities.
- Strong influence and facilitation skills---able to align without formal authority.
- Proven experience designing and governing shared platforms.
- Deep expertise in:
Cross-Team Collaboration
- Skilled at working with product, engineering, UX, content, and architecture communities.
- Experience running architectural boards, forums, and governance processes.
- Experience with mobile/native app architecture.
- Experience integrating design systems into multi-channel delivery.
- Understanding of AI exposure models, e.g., MCP, API governance, and policy enforcement.
- Architecture leadership in a regulated environment.
