- Provide exceptional support to Norwegian-speaking partners through various communication methods, including phone, email, and chat.
- Manage partner inquiries and resolve service-related issues in an efficient manner.
- Educate partners regarding product features and assist them in maximizing their use of our services.
- Maintain detailed records of partner interactions, inquiries, and resolutions within our CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to escalate complex issues and formulate effective solutions.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with partners to ensure their concerns are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
- Stay informed about product offerings, industry trends, and partner feedback to continuously enhance our support services.
- Fluency in Norwegian and proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Experience in partner support, customer service, or a similar position is preferred.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a solid understanding of IT systems.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Dedication to customer satisfaction and proactive issue resolution.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and support tools is an advantage.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative work environment.
