Responsibilities:Prepare and cook a variety of Mexican dishes, incorporating authentic flavors and techniques.Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient and smooth operations.Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications.Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
Requirements:Previous experience as a Chef in a Mexican restaurant.A strong foundation in cooking techniques, with a particular emphasis on Mexican cuisine.Very good English is a must, as it will be the primary language for kitchen communication.Flexibility: Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic kitchen environment.Friendly and approachable demeanor to interact with colleagues and guests.Ability to think creatively and add personal flair to menu items.Independent: Self-motivated and able to work effectively with minimal supervision.Non-smoker: We maintain a smoke-free environment for the health and well-being of our employees and guests.If you believe you possess the skills, qualities, and passion we are looking for, please provide us with a brief statement explaining why you are the perfect fit for this role.
