- Provide outstanding technical support to Norwegian-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat channels.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Educate customers on product usage and offer best practice recommendations.
- Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to address and escalate complex issues.
- Conduct follow-ups with customers to confirm resolution and satisfaction.
- Stay updated on product changes and industry trends to enhance support services.
- Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
- Prior experience in technical support or customer service is preferred.
- Strong technical aptitude with excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and critical thinking abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer experience.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and remote support tools is advantageous.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and within a team environment.
