- Identify and target potential restaurant and retail partners that will give our customers market leading breadth and depth of selection
- Systematically hunt and farm a rich pipeline of potential partnerships, building strong relationships with existing and potential partners in your markets
- Own the sales process from beginning to end, using a consultative sales approach and tailoring the pitch to position Wolt as a the preferred partner for each merchant
- Visit your assigned markets regularly to build and maintain relationships
- Use data to understand potential venue performance to set profitable business terms and conduct negotiations that create value for both parties
- Make sound business decisions by supporting intuition with data
- Collaborate with our Onboarding and Development team to set up the new partners in the app and ensure they perform to their best potential when they go live
- You have a great track record in B2B consultative sales and are a superstar deal closer.
- You are a natural 'hunter' with excellent communication and networking skills.
- You love getting on the phone and hustle to close a deal.
- You are a great listener, good at reading the room and adapting your strategy accordingly.
- You enjoy working in a target-driven and fast moving environment. You are self-motivated, don't give up, and always look for solutions.
- If you have experience from within the hospitality or retail industry, that is a plus.
- You have a can-do attitude, you are ready to roll up your sleeves and enjoy being on the go. You are able to travel roughly every other week to visit your markets.
- You are quick on your feet and always think one step ahead, you are good at managing your time and pipeline to reach the goals. Experience with any CRM tools is an advantage.
- You plan ahead and have structure to your work - you develop strategies for how to succeed in your markets and go hunting with purpose and planning.
- You are fluent in Norwegian and English, spoken and written.
