- Fluency in Norwegian is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
- A strong passion for gaming with an understanding of current gaming trends and communities.
- Prior experience in customer support or a related role in gaming is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage players effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to addressing player issues.
