Option: 1+ 1 årAssignment DescriptionAs a team member in Supplier Quality Services, you will be part of a delivery-oriented team within EPN OTE IOCT OM Excellence. Our mission is to achieve the right quality from suppliers and contractors on the first attempt, enabling cost efficiency and supporting safe, seamless operations.In this role, you will:
- Drive and coordinate the management of external quality deviations, including warranty cases for EPN.
- Foster professional collaboration and enhance interfaces with external suppliers.
- Contribute to significant cost savings by ensuring quality issues are resolved efficiently.
- Act as a guarantee coordinator, handling warranties for projects transferred to EPN post-DG4 (from PDP PRD).
- Conduct quality verifications for external suppliers, leading the planning, execution, and follow-up of verification activities.
- Provide advisory services, training, and support for managing external quality deviations, ensuring the organization is equipped to address warranty cases.
- Teach others about the Qualiti Deviation & Warranty process, presenting and promoting it effectively to ensure its implementation across the company.
- Proficiency in using SAP to manage processes effectively.
- Experience working in projects, with a strong understanding of project workflows and requirements.
- The ability to teach and present processes, such as the Y2 process, to ensure company-wide implementation.
