- Management: Provide visionary and strategic leadership to the business development and sales team. Focus on fostering a culture of integrity and compliance and set clear goals to drive revenue growth. Personnel responsibility for an international sales team.
- Marketing and marketing strategy: Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness together with marketing manager, attract potential customers, and boost sales.
- Sales: Drive sales and lead by example by performing personal sales activities with key customers.
- Pricing and profitability management: Develop pricing strategies that maximize profitability while remaining competitive in the market.
- Management of commercial agreements: Negotiate commercial agreements and contracts with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders worldwide.
- Monitoring and adapting to market changes: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, emerging technologies, customer behaviour and industry changes to adapt strategies and operations according to market needs. Drive innovation and have a proactive approach to changes.
- Developing commercial strategies: Identify and develop strategies to drive growth, increase revenue, and maximize profitability for the organization.
- Education: A bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, economics, marketing, or related fields may be relevant. An advanced degree level such as an MBA can also be beneficial.
- Experience: Significant experience within sales, marketing, and management.
- Industry expertise: Experience within the industry or sector where FourPhase operates is an advantage.
- Leadership skills: Leadership skills are crucial to inspire and motivate the sales team, drive change, and achieve results.
- Communication skills: The ability to communicate clearly and effectively with internal teams, customers, partners, and other stakeholders worldwide. Norwegian and English are mandatory languages.
- Presentation skills: Strong presentation skills are essential for a CCO to effectively communicate the company´s vision, strategy, and successes to various stakeholders, and for the BOD when required.
- Analytical skills and strategic mindset: The ability to analyze data, interpret trends and patterns, and use these insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Business acumen: In-depth understanding of business principles, including some finance, accounting, pricing, and profitability management.
- Results orientation: A strong focus on achieving measurable results and objectives.
- Innovation and entrepreneurial spirit: The ability to think creatively, identify new opportunities, and drive innovation in the organization's commercial approaches.
- Technical acumen: Strong understanding of technical details in oil, gas, and solids production. Being well-versed in these technical aspects is crucial for effective contribution and for making informed decisions.
- International perspective: Experience and knowledge of international markets and cultures.
